Common questions
How do I play?
Every row and column is a small calculation. Fill each empty square with a number from the tray. × and ÷ (square discs) come before + and − (round discs): 2 + 3 × 4 = 14. Turn this off in Settings › Order of operations and every line reads left to right in new puzzles.
How do lives work?
You have three lives per level; a wrong number costs one. The first three levels are practice and cost nothing. When lives run out you can watch a short ad for one more, continue with coins, or keep playing without lives. Turn off Settings › Check each number to play with no lives at all; mistakes then show when the board is full.
Why did my streak reset?
The streak counts days played in a row. Missing a day starts a new one.
Why is the daily puzzle harder on some days?
Monday and Tuesday are Easy, Wednesday and Thursday Medium, Friday and Saturday Hard, Sunday Expert. Everyone gets the same puzzle that day. Solve every day of a month to put its trophy on your profile shelf; missed days can be played later.
Can I lose my progress?
Your progress, coins and settings are kept on your phone. With your phone’s own backup (iCloud or Google) on, they come along to a new phone. Deleting the app without a backup deletes them.
I bought Remove ads but see ads on my new phone.
Tap Profile › Shop › “Restore purchases”. The purchase belongs to your store account, so sign in with the same Apple or Google account. It does not move between iPhone and Android.
Do coins I bought come to a new phone?
Coins are part of the progress on your phone and only move with your phone’s own backup. Restore is for Remove ads only.
How are ads chosen? How do I change my choice?
Before the first ad you choose between personalized ads and general ads only. Change it any time in Settings › Ad preferences. Details are in the privacy policy.
How do I turn the reminder on or off?
Settings › Daily reminder. It is off until you turn it on. When on, a single notification comes at your chosen time (between 09:00 and 22:00) on days you haven’t played; after a week without play it drops to once a week.
I want a refund.
The store took the payment, so the store handles refunds: reportaproblem.apple.com for the App Store, Google Play help for Google Play.
