In short: play Cross Math Metro for yourself and enjoy it. The game is free and supported by ads; coin packs and Remove ads are optional purchases.
1. Parties
These terms are between you, the user of the Cross Math Metro mobile app, and its owner Appn Yazılım ve Danışmanlık Ltd. Şti. (Adalet Mah. Manas Blv. No: 39 İç Kapı No: 3201, Folkart Towers B, Bayraklı / İzmir, Türkiye; crossmathmetro@appn.app). If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple’s standard licence agreement also applies; from Google Play, Google Play’s terms also apply. These terms apply together with them.
2. Licence
We give you a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use Cross Math Metro on your own devices for personal, non-commercial purposes. The rights to the app, puzzles, design and texts are ours. You may not copy, modify or reverse-engineer the app, extract and distribute puzzles in bulk, try to obtain coins or purchases by cheating, or try to disrupt the service.
3. Ads
The game is free and supported by ads: from level 12, every third “Next level” shows a full-screen ad between levels. You can choose to watch a short ad for one life, a hint or 25 coins; the reward is given when the ad is watched to the end. If no ad is available, nothing is used up. Ads are provided by third-party ad networks, which are responsible for their content and the sites they link to. How ads are chosen is described in the privacy policy.
4. Coins
- Coins are an in-game unit used for hints and extra lives. You earn them by playing, from daily chests, from rewarded ads, or by buying coin packs.
- Coins have no monetary value; they cannot be exchanged for money, transferred to anyone, or used outside the app.
- Coins are part of the progress on your phone. If you delete the app or reset progress, they are lost unless they are in your phone’s own backup. Bought coins do not come back with “Restore purchases”.
- We may change what coins buy, for the balance of the game; coins you bought are not taken away.
5. Purchases
- Remove ads is a one-time purchase that removes the ads between levels; it is not a subscription and does not renew. Rewarded ads stay optional.
- Prices are shown in the store before you buy. Payment is taken by the App Store or Google Play and their terms apply.
- Remove ads belongs to your store account. With the same store account you can get it back on another device or after reinstalling with “Restore purchases”. It does not move between iPhone and Android.
- Coin packs are consumable products added to your balance when bought.
- Refunds follow the store’s rules: Apple for the App Store, Google for Google Play. A refunded Remove ads brings ads back; we may deduct refunded coins from your balance.
- Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
6. Notifications
The daily reminder comes only if you turn it on; turn it off any time in Settings › Daily reminder.
7. The service
We build Cross Math Metro carefully so it works well, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update the app and add or remove features. A Remove ads purchase stays valid for as long as the app is offered.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from using the app. Our liability for intent, gross negligence and cases that cannot be limited by law is not affected.
9. Changes
We may change these terms. We publish the new version on this page with its effective date and announce important changes in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of İzmir have jurisdiction; consumers may also apply to the consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts the law provides.
