Cross Math Metro needs no account. Your progress, coins and settings stay on your phone. Data leaves your phone only when an ad is shown or when you make a purchase.

This policy explains the personal data processed when you use the Cross Math Metro mobile app (iOS and Android), under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, for users in the European Economic Area, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
2. What stays on your phone
Your level and stars, coins, daily puzzle history, streak, statistics and settings are stored only on your phone. They are not sent to us.
- Your phone’s own backup: if backup is on, this data is also included in your iCloud (Apple) or Google backup. Apple and Google keep that backup under their own terms; we cannot see it.
- Daily reminder: if you turn it on, the notification at your chosen time is scheduled on your phone. No data is sent anywhere for it.
3. Ads
From level 12, every third “Next level” shows a full-screen ad between levels; not if you bought Remove ads. You can also choose to watch a short ad for one life, a hint or 25 coins; only you start those. No ad appears on its own during play. Ads are served by Unity Ads and ironSource Ads through Unity LevelPlay (Unity Technologies and ironSource).
Before the first ad you answer “How should ads work?”: Allow personalized ads or Use general ads only. No request is sent to the ad network before you answer.
- Personalized ads are shown only with your explicit consent. On iPhone you must also allow it in iOS’s App Tracking Transparency prompt; if you don’t, ads stay general.
- With general ads ads are not chosen by your interests. The technical data below is still processed to show and measure ads, limit how often they repeat, and prevent fraud.
| Data | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Advertising ID (on iPhone the IDFA only with permission; on Android the Google advertising ID), an app-specific device ID | Showing and measuring ads, not repeating the same ad too often; choosing by interest if you allowed it |
| IP address and the approximate location derived from it (country, city level) | Ads suited to the region, fraud prevention |
| Device model, operating system, language, app version, connection type | Making the ad work correctly on the device |
| Interaction with the ad (impression, click, close, reward earned) | Measurement, reporting and granting the reward |
You can change your choice any time in Settings › Ad preferences. On iPhone you can change tracking permission in iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking; on Android you can reset or delete the advertising ID in Google settings.
How Unity processes data is described in the Unity privacy policy.
4. Purchases
For coin packs and Remove ads, payment is taken by the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Google). We never see your card details. RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc., USA) is used to verify purchases and for “Restore purchases”. RevenueCat receives: an anonymous user ID created by the app, purchase and transaction details (product, date, store transaction number), country, platform and app version. Your name and email are not sent to RevenueCat.
5. When you write to us
If you email us through “Write to us”, we use your address and message only to answer you and solve the problem. Your phone’s operating system version is added to the email; you can see and delete it before sending. The rating window is Apple’s or Google’s own; the store handles any rating you give.
6. What we don’t use
Cross Math Metro has no account and no separate analytics or crash reporting tool. It asks for no location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone access. We do not sell your personal data.
7. Legal bases
| Processing | Legal basis (KVKK art. 5–6; GDPR art. 6) |
|---|---|
| Personalized ads, advertising ID | Explicit consent |
| Showing and measuring general ads, fraud prevention | Legitimate interest (offering the game free with ads) |
| Purchases and restore | Entering into and performing a contract |
| Support correspondence | Legitimate interest; performance of a contract |
| Keeping sales records | Legal obligation |
You can withdraw your consent for ads any time in Settings › Ad preferences.
8. Transfers abroad
Your data is shared only for the purposes above with these providers: Unity Technologies and ironSource (ads), RevenueCat (purchases), Apple and Google (stores and phone backup). Their servers may be in the USA and other countries. Transfers abroad follow Article 9 of the KVKK and the GDPR, under safeguards such as the providers’ standard contracts or, where required, your explicit consent.
9. How long we keep data
- Data on your phone: until you delete the app.
- Purchase records: as long as needed to restore purchases and for legal retention periods.
- Support emails: up to two years after the request is resolved.
- Data held by ad networks: for Unity’s own retention periods.
10. Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK and the GDPR you may learn whether your data is processed, request information, ask for correction or deletion, learn who it was shared with, object to processing, ask for portability, and claim compensation for damage. Send your request to crossmathmetro@appn.app or in writing to the address above. We answer free of charge within 30 days. If you are not satisfied you may complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority or, in the EEA, to your country’s data protection authority.
You can remove the data on your phone with Settings › Reset progress or by deleting the app.
11. Children
Cross Math Metro is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you think a child has given us data, write to us and we will delete it.
12. Changes
If we change this policy we publish the new version on this page with its effective date. For important changes we also let you know in the app.
